Bourse Pension Administrators (Malta) Limited is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority as an administrator for personal retirement schemes pursuant to the Retirement Pensions Act, 2011.

Simon was a company lawyer in Bristol for 15 years before moving to Guernsey in 1998. As managing director of the Group he is involved in all aspects of business development and service delivery with a particular emphasis on tax structuring in all areas of trust, pensions, insurance and fiduciary solutions for foreign and expatriate private clients. Simon was formerly the President of the Guernsey International Legal Association.

Administration Teams
We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service. All clients are assigned a dedicated administrator as their primary contact. We work in teams to ensure smooth continuation of service and mentoring of junior staff. Ultimately the relevant Director is responsible for all work performed.
