Simon was a company lawyer in Bristol for 15 years before moving to Guernsey in 1998. As managing director of the Group he is involved in all aspects of business development and service delivery with a particular emphasis on tax structuring in all areas of trust, pensions, insurance and fiduciary solutions for foreign and expatriate private clients. Simon was formerly the President of the Guernsey International Legal Association.

Jonathan is a Solicitor (England and Wales). After qualifying and practising in the City, Jonathan moved in-house, working at life and pensions companies including Winterthur Life and Friends Provident. Jonathan has responsibility for compliance and regulatory issues and also provides in-house pensions technical support.

Lynne has over 20 years of industry experience, most recently with Citigroup as Director and Head of North American Private Banking sales within Citigroup Asset Management, NY. She went on to Head US Private Client Distribution when the Company was sold to Legg Mason in 2005.

Upon moving to Guernsey in 2008, Lynne joined Baring Asset Management as Director of Private Client Services and is now responsible for investment partnering and distribution at Bourse. Lynne is a fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute and licenced by the NASD Series 7, 6, 63 and 65 and holds the ABA National Trust Accreditation.

Clive joined Bourse in June 2011 having previously been employed for 5 years (latterly as a Director) for a Guernsey based pensions organisation where he was extensively involved in the establishment and ongoing administration of a number of Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Schemes (QROPS), Qualifying Non UK Pension Schemes (QNUPS), International Pension Plans and Guernsey Retirement Annuity Trust Schemes as well as a diverse range of Employee Benefit Trusts and Share Option Schemes. Clive holds the ICSA Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration, together with a Chartered Management Institute Level 5 Diploma in Management.

Administration Teams

We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service. All clients are assigned a dedicated administrator as their primary contact. We work in teams to ensure smooth continuation of service and mentoring of junior staff. Ultimately the relevant Director is responsible for all work performed.
