As managing director of the Group he is involved in all aspects of business development and service delivery with a particular emphasis on tax structuring for foreign and expatriate private clients. Simon is a past President of the Guernsey International Legal Association.
	Jonathan Carter BA (HONS), SOLICITOR 01481 706779 jonathan.carter@bourse.gg Jonathan is a Solicitor (England and Wales). After qualifying and practising in the City, Jonathan moved in-house, working at life and pensions companies including Winterthur Life and (most recently) Friends Provident. He has specific responsibility for developing our international pensions business, including The Guernsey Executive Pension Scheme and The Bourse Retirement Trusts Scheme.
