Simon was a company lawyer in Bristol for 15 years before moving to Guernsey in 1998. As managing director of the Group he is involved in all aspects of business development and service delivery with a particular emphasis on tax structuring for foreign and expatriate private clients. For 2007/09, Simon was President of the Guernsey International Legal Association.

Talmai was formerly the Director of Fiduciary Services and Enforcement at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and as such was responsible for the introduction of the laws regulating the conduct and licensing of fiduciaries in Guernsey. Talmai is responsible for external affairs.
